Delivery and Returns
We aim to deliver all UK orders as quickly as possible and send everything recorded delivery. Should there be an exception this will be communicated shortly after your order with the expected delivery date provided. Should this not be acceptable, your order can be cancelled for a full refund.
If you need a product urgently, put a note in the comments as well as select next day delivery and we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.
Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, and where you are shipping to.
Please be aware that your country may apply taxes or import duties which differ by country.
Should the shipping cost selected at checkout not cover the actual shipping cost, we will communicate the correct shipping cost with you as soon as we can and send you a payment link for the incremental amount.
- Please notify us if you need to return an item within 14 days of delivery by email, messages and calls get lost easily.
- Returned item needs to be received back at Equiporium 1 week from date of receipt for return. We allow 30 days in total from date of delivery to inform and return to us.
- Original condition & in original product packaging. Please note that any custom orders or items that are not part of our standard stock and have been ordered in for you may not be returned.
- Please email us for return delivery address & returns code.
- Please send your return back with a letter showing your name, order number & reason for return.
- Please send returns by registered courier with tracking, as Equiporium can not be responsible for items that we have not received.
